Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 72 business hours from the time your order is placed.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
  • Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Shipping Carrier

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) as our preferred shipping carrier for all orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Business Hours (Definition)

Our business hours are:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time)

Orders are only processed during these hours.

Example:

  • If you place an order on Friday at 6:00 PM, processing will begin on Monday
  • If you place an order on Tuesday at 2:00 PM, it will begin processing but can take up to 72 hours to ship.

Holidays 

We do not process or ship orders on major U.S. holidays.

These include, but are not limited to:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Example:

  • If an order is placed the day before or during a holiday, processing will resume on the next business day

Shipping Time

Shipping timeframes depend on USPS and the selected shipping method at checkout.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delays & Liability

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.
